Transform raw clips and video footage into high-quality finished videos used to inform, engage, and inspire their audience. Use specialized software applications and editing tools to merge content from multiple sources and add pictures, graphics, visual effects, voice, sound effects, and music.

Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Cinematography, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of video editing and post-production experience
• Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms: Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut)
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing

Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent listening and presentation abilities
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Proficient in various non-linear video editing tools and other software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Edius, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Cloud)
• Ability to self-shoot and edit, with some motion skills
• Experience and good understanding of motion graphics and animation
• Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members
