Role Overview

We’re hiring a Video AI Prompt Engineer to generate high-quality AI footage for VSLs and product ads using leading video AI platforms (e.g., Veo 3, Nanobana, Sora 2, or equivalents). You’ll collaborate closely with our creative strategist and editing team, translating concepts into effective prompts, maintaining scene cohesion, and delivering footage that slots neatly into polished, persuasive edits.

Responsibilities

• Generate AI-powered video sequences for VSLs with clear narrative continuity and scene cohesion.
• Produce compelling product renders and demo visuals that showcase real-world use.
• Translate briefs / storyboards into precise prompts; iterate rapidly to hit creative and performance goals.
• Partner with editors to refine pacing, shot selection, and transitions for final production.
• Leverage AI tools for script-based storytelling, editing assists, and engagement optimization.
• Proactively experiment with techniques and models to push quality, speed, and reliability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven hands‑on experience with Veo 3, Nanobana, Sora 2, or comparable top‑tier video AI tools.
• Strong artistic judgment and creative problem‑solving; comfort with direct‑response storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain visual consistency across multi‑shot sequences.
• Practical video editing fluency (timing, rhythm, narrative arc) and workflow collaboration.
• Bias to action, ownership mindset, and comfort working in a fast‑paced production environment.
