Support the Principal in managing school operations, maintaining a positive and safe learning environment, and helping staff, students, and parents meet academic and personal development goals.
Key Duties:
Help run daily operations and ensure smooth school functioning
Support student discipline and wellbeing
Manage administrative services.
Oversee attendance, behavior records, and follow-up with students and parents
Coordinate with staff on scheduling, workload, and performance reviews
Handle school resources, purchasing, and budget-related matters
Respond to parent and student concerns in a respectful and timely way
Lead and support non-teaching staff and school support teams
Represent the school at events and support student recruitment efforts
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific Discipline
Master’s degree in Engineering, Math, Science
Experience:
At least 8 years of teaching experience
5 years in a school leadership or supervisory role
Familiarity with management theories, school finance, and teacher development
Languages:
English: Fluent
Arabic: Fluent
