Job summary

International Community Schools Abu Dhabi is seeking a Vice Principal to join the senior leadership team. You will work with the Principal to drive school-wide improvement, uphold high academic and pastoral standards, and champion a culture that supports every student to reach their full potential.

You will lead curriculum development, staff professional growth, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining compliance with ADEK regulations and policies in a dynamic, multicultural context.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership or NPQSL or equivalent.
• Master's degree in education with teaching license/diploma.

Role

As Vice Principal, you will work closely with the Principal to lead school‑wide improvement, uphold our high academic and pastoral standards, and champion a culture where every student is supported to reach their full potential. You will play a pivotal role in curriculum leadership, staff development, and the day‑to‑day operational excellence of the school.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership or a Postgraduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree supported by a recognised CPD qualification in educational or organisational leadership (e.g. NPQSL or equivalent)

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in the English National Curriculum, IGCSEs, and A Levels
• UAE or international school experience is a distinct advantage
