Role Overview:

International Community Schools (ICS) Al Danah, a prestigious British curriculum school in Abu Dhabi, is actively seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Arabic Teacher A for our Cycle 1 students (typically Years 1-3/4). The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering an engaging and high‑quality Arabic language education, aligning with the National Curriculum for England and adhering to all Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) standards. This position requires a commitment to fostering a vibrant learning environment where young learners can develop a strong foundation in Arabic language and culture.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Literature, Education (with a specialization in Arabic), or a directly related field from a recognized university.
  • A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., QTS, or equivalent) is highly desirable and strongly preferred.
  • Possession of an ADEK Teacher License or eligibility to obtain one upon employment.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Arabic (native speaker proficiency preferred).

  • Experience Requirements:
