As Vice Principal, in conjunction with the Principal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the school. What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education (minimum); a leadership qualification (e.g., Masters, NPQ) is desirable.
• A proven track record of senior leadership experience with evidence of impact; international experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England, teaching pedagogy, and leadership approaches.
