We’re looking for a strategic leader to drive our Global Talent Development agenda, setting the vision and direction for learning, performance, and growth across the Group. You will champion a future-ready, high-performance culture aligned with our global people strategy.
Job Purpose
Lead the Global Talent Development function as a Center of Excellence (CoE), setting the strategy, policies and frameworks for talent development across the Group. Establish best-in-class learning & development (L&D), performance management frameworks, succession planning, career pathing, high-potential (HiPo) programs, and global mobility strategies, ensuring alignment with the Group’s business priorities and people strategy. Provide strategic oversight to drive a high-performance, learning-driven, and future-ready workforce across all Clusters and regions.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of the Group-wide Talent Development strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and global best practices
- Lead the development and oversee the implementation of talent development policies, frameworks, and guidelines, ensuring global consistency while allowing for localized adaptation where necessary
- Develop and manage the Group-wide Performance Management framework, ensuring it drives a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Lead the performance management cycle and enhance the individual goal setting practice to improve the overall performance
- Partner with HR and Business Leaders to embed a high-performance culture through coaching, manager enablement, and recognition programs
- Drive the design and implementation of a structured Learning & Development framework, setting policies for learning strategy, corporate programs and academies, and digital learning
- Establish guidelines for capability-building programs, ensuring the workforce is equipped with future-ready skills
- Oversee the evaluation and ROI measurement of L&D programs to ensure impact and continuous improvement
- Direct the development and execution of talent frameworks, including succession planning, career pathing, and HiPo programs, to identify and develop critical talent and future leaders
- Direct the implementation of tailored leadership development programs for the various Clusters and functions, ensuring a strong pipeline for key business-critical roles
- Manage the development and oversee the Global Mobility strategy for the Group, enabling seamless cross-border talent movement to meet business needs
- Establish governance for international assignments, secondments, and expatriate programs, to ensure seamless talent mobility and regulatory compliance while optimizing workforce planning and business continuity across global locations
- Lead AD ports succession planning for key positions and ensure to provide the necessary programs to future successors.
People Management Responsibilites :
Provide effective leadership, supervision, and guidance to the teamFoster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and high performanceManage the performance of direct reports, providing constructive feedback and recognizing achievementsStrategic Responsibilities :
Take an active role in the formulation of the overall HR strategy and ensure the alignment with the group objectivesAct as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on policies and best practices related to talent developmentLead the strategic planning, development, execution, and evaluation of all talent development programs and initiativesManage the budget for Talent Development to ensure alignment with the overall HR budgetRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree is a plusQualified AssessorFluency in English. Arabic is an added advantageA minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role with at least 8 years with people management experienceExperience leading large-scale talent and performance initiatives in large organizationsStrong expertise in succession planning, leadership pipelines, performance enablement, and global mobility strategiesDeep understanding of HR practices, and trendsStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsExceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performance teamsSeniority level
