Job description

The Vice President Project Management (Infrastructure) is responsible for providing strategic leadership governance and operational oversight for the planning design coordination execution and delivery of infrastructure and landscaping projects managed by Sobha PMC.

The role oversees a portfolio of complex infrastructure developments including roads bridges utility networks substations lagoons and public realm developments as well as landscaping projects such as parks urban green spaces golf courses and integrated landscape infrastructure.

The VP ensures that all projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and in compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining Sobhas reputation for engineering excellence sustainability innovation and operational efficiency.

This role serves as the senior leadership interface between Sobha PMC developers contractors consultants and government authorities ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with the companys strategic growth objectives.
