Overview

Vice President of Operations — Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations (VP of Ops) to lead and scale the operational backbone of our fast-growing digital asset financial application. This role will oversee day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable seamless scaling across UAE and global markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with Product, Technology, Compliance, and Finance leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in operations within fintech, crypto, digital assets, banking, or payments
• Proven track record scaling operations for high-growth digital asset or cryptocurrency platforms
• UAE financial ecosystem experience with strong knowledge of Central Bank of UAE, VARA, ADGM, DIFC regulations
• Expertise in KYC, AML, and compliance frameworks
• Background in process optimization, automation, and operational excellence
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Preferred Experience

• Senior leadership in UAE-based crypto exchanges, fintech, or digital asset companies
• Exposure to international crypto markets and multi-jurisdictional regulations
• MBA, CFA, or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or Operations Management
