Vice President of Strategy

Your Mission:

1. Drive multi-year strategic planning and execution across the organization.
2. Lead the development and management of an enterprise-wide scorecard to track business performance.
3. Own the strategic investment portfolio, prioritizing high-impact initiatives and resource allocation.
4. Translate long-term vision into actionable roadmaps with KPIs and milestones.
5. Lead board-level strategy presentations and performance reporting.
6. Oversee business intelligence functions to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

You will bring:

1. 12+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or management consulting.
2. Proven leadership in enterprise strategy and ROI-focused investment governance.
3. Executive-level experience with performance dashboards and board reporting.
4. Experience in hospitality, tourism, leisure, or experience-led businesses is highly valued.
5. Strong financial acumen and business modeling capabilities.
6. MBA or Master's in Strategy, Business, or related fields preferred.
7. Certifications like BSP, PMP, CFA, or equivalent are a strong plus.
