As a senior strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, you’ll transform insights into action, align initiatives across business units, and ensure ROI-driven decisions that support our bold vision.

Your Mission :

• Drive multi-year strategic planning and execution across the organization.
• Lead the development and management of an enterprise-wide scorecard to track business performance.
• Own the strategic investment portfolio—prioritizing high-impact initiatives and resource allocation.
• Translate long-term vision into actionable roadmaps with KPIs and milestones.
• Lead board-level strategy presentations and performance reporting.
• Oversee business intelligence functions to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

You will bring :

• 12+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or management consulting.
• Proven leadership in enterprise strategy and ROI-focused investment governance.
• Executive-level experience with performance dashboards and board reporting.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, leisure, or experience-led businesses is highly valued.
• Strong financial acumen and business modeling capabilities.
• MBA or Master’s in Strategy, Business, or related fields preferred.
• Certifications like BSP, PMP, CFA, or equivalent are a strong plus.
