A leading food manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a strategic, results-driven leader for the role of Vice President of Sales - HoReCa / Foodservice Commercial Strategy. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Drive end-to-end commercial strategy for foodservice channels — including hotels, restaurants, catering, and institutional clients.
  • Optimize Route-to-Market (RTM) frameworks, enhancing partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and direct accounts.
  • Align cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, production) for unified execution across regions.
  • Build and manage performance dashboards to ensure KPIs related to volume, margin, and profitability are consistently met.
  • Champion a data-driven culture to refine segmentation, pricing, and regional market priorities.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to implement scalable growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, trade marketing, or sales leadership within food manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
  • Expertise in HoReCa, institutional sales, and RTM optimization across multiple regions.
  • Experience in key markets such as MENAT or Europe.
  • A combination of strategic thinking and practical commercial execution skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
