Carter Murray is proud to be working alongside a prominent financial services organisation as they expand their operations to the Middle East.
They are looking for a Vice President of Sales Digital Assets within the FS sector.
Responsibilities
- As a senior member of the sales team, you are required to proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new institutional and high-net-worth clients in the UAE and surrounding GCC countries; ultimately focused on growing the client franchise in the region.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their trading needs, and providing tailored solutions relating to spot trading, options, and / or structured products.
- Lead client meetings and conduct presentations.
- Gather market and client feedback to support the development of new product offerings.
- Drive the expansion of the client footprint and conduct comprehensive user-mapping.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to create and execute growth initiatives for attracting and retaining clients.
- Provide insights into the needs of target client segments while analysing competitor product offerings.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional experiences throughout the sales and after-sales process.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing product expertise as well as work ethic.
Requirements
- Only candidates with a minimum 6-9 years relevant financial markets experience in sales and trading, or wealth management products will be considered.
- Prior experience in the digital assets space is necessary.
- Proven capabilities in building strong relationships with clients and has existing relationships.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Strong communicator and strategic thinker with presentation and organisation skills.
- Achiever who can translate strategy into plans, and plans into actions.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively facilitate client interactions and cross departmental collaboration. Proficiency in other languages would be a plus.
