The Vice President of Marketing will lead and oversee the marketing, communications, and events initiatives across the entire marketing group of divisions. The role encompasses creative, media, sponsorships & events, agencies, partnerships, and P&L management.

Our client is a leading fuel and convenience provider in the UAE, operating hundreds of distribution points across the region. They are seeking a strong marketing leader to build robust teams in all aspects of marketing and lead regional initiatives.

Description
  1. Creative Marketing:
    • Design & lead the creative team in developing innovative marketing materials.
    • Oversee the creation of visual content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
    • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and high-quality output.
    • Implement AI tools to streamline creative processes and enhance content production.
    • Drive cost efficiency by reducing reliance on external agencies and enhancing internal capabilities.
    • Manage the content management system to ensure high-quality, consistent content delivery.
  2. Media Department:
    • Lead the media department responsible for all paid media across channels.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Manage relationships with media agencies, suppliers, digital publishers, and partners.
    • Implement new tools and technologies to enhance media buying, planning, and performance.
    • Establish policies, processes, and best practices for efficient media operations.
    • Use AI-driven analytics to track media performance and optimize strategies.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align media campaigns with marketing objectives.
  3. Sponsorships & Consumer Events:
    • Own the sponsorship & activation roadmap to leverage assets for value.
    • Plan and execute all events and sponsorship activations.
    • Develop strategies to select sponsorships and drive ROI.
    • Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors.
  4. Agencies, Partnerships & Budget Governance:
    • Oversee relationships with external agencies and partners.
    • Manage the marketing budget with efficient resource allocation.
    • Utilize AI tools for budget tracking and optimization.
    • Evaluate and onboard new partnerships and tools.
    • Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners.
