- Creative Marketing:
- Design & lead the creative team in developing innovative marketing materials.
- Oversee the creation of visual content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and high-quality output.
- Implement AI tools to streamline creative processes and enhance content production.
- Drive cost efficiency by reducing reliance on external agencies and enhancing internal capabilities.
- Manage the content management system to ensure high-quality, consistent content delivery.
- Media Department:
- Lead the media department responsible for all paid media across channels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage relationships with media agencies, suppliers, digital publishers, and partners.
- Implement new tools and technologies to enhance media buying, planning, and performance.
- Establish policies, processes, and best practices for efficient media operations.
- Use AI-driven analytics to track media performance and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align media campaigns with marketing objectives.
- Sponsorships & Consumer Events:
- Own the sponsorship & activation roadmap to leverage assets for value.
- Plan and execute all events and sponsorship activations.
- Develop strategies to select sponsorships and drive ROI.
- Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors.
- Agencies, Partnerships & Budget Governance:
- Oversee relationships with external agencies and partners.
- Manage the marketing budget with efficient resource allocation.
- Utilize AI tools for budget tracking and optimization.
- Evaluate and onboard new partnerships and tools.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners.

Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on events activation and operations.
- Regional Middle East experience is essential.
- Agency and in-house marketing experience is a plus.

- Strong understanding of AI tools and marketing technology.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets.
