The Opportunity:

A high-growth, VC-backed fintech/SaaS scale-up is searching for a world-class VP of Growth to take the reins on all things revenue. With a strong product in market, happy customers, and exceptional unit economics, they are now ready to pour fuel on the fire.

This role isn't about maintaining momentum it's about unlocking exponential growth and building the engine that gets us to the next inflection point. You'll report directly to the founders, own the growth P&L, and have a direct path to becoming CRO.

The Mission:

Your core focus: scale efficiently and intelligently.

  • Lead and optimize performance marketing across multiple channels Meta, TikTok, SEM, LinkedIn and experiment with new growth loops.
  • Strengthen our inbound engine and own the full customer journey from acquisition through onboarding to expansion.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to increase LTV, reduce CAC, and optimize payback.
  • Build a high-performance team across Growth, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Test, iterate, experiment, and execute fast.
  • Help shape company-wide go-to-market strategy and own key board-level growth metrics.

You Might Be a Fit If You...

  • Have owned end-to-end growth at a B2B fintech or SaaS company, ideally from Series A to B/C.
  • Are fluent in growth KPIs: CAC, LTV, payback, activation, retention, channel ROI.
  • Have scaled performance marketing budgets and blended them with smart PLG, SEO, or partnerships.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, data-informed, outcome-driven environments.
