This is a client acquisition role where the incumbent is expected to acquire new customers for offering Invoice Bazaar’s products, including Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, e-Commerce Finance, and other fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Acquire mid-sized enterprise (SME) to large customers for Invoice Bazaar by prospecting from various lead sources.
  • Manage the sales pipeline independently in the CRM and ensure all deals are updated.
  • Deliver on revenue targets and track performance metrics.
  • Complete client onboarding on the in-house technology platform and assist with KYC processes.
  • Collaborate with the Relationship Management team to hand over clients for ongoing management.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team for escalations and client issues.
  • Manage legal documentation from origination to drawdown of the facility.
  • Support the Relationship Management team with existing clients during escalations or challenges.
  • Create business plans and participate in all Business Development calls to update deal statuses.
  • Take responsibility for revenue generation, new client acquisition, and portfolio management.

Experience / Skills :

  • 12+ years of business development experience in the financial services industry.
  • Passion for technology and its potential to transform financing.
  • Experience dealing with small and mid-sized companies.
  • Ability to make independent decisions with responsibility and accountability.
  • Optimistic attitude, resilience, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and high intellectual quotient (IQ).
