To assist the Chief mSMEs Officer with the initiation, preparation, processing, and execution of project financing transactions for the bank's mSME finance customers, thereby facilitating growth and expansion of the banking business.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring that new relationships achieve maximum revenue within an acceptable risk profile.
Ensure all relationships comply with bank regulations and policies.
Manage relationships with existing and potential mSME and Business Sector customers, coordinating with relevant departments to prioritize customer needs.
Identify new sales and cross-sell opportunities, launching targeted sales efforts in coordination with the Director of mSME.
Assist in providing banking solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
Identify and select target partners for indirect financing, developing penetration plans, negotiating terms, and establishing MoUs.
Review strategic financing applications, assessing client eligibility based on bank guidelines.
Meet with applicants to discuss financial and project concerns, negotiate guarantees and collaterals, and conduct site tours.
Assist clients by processing applications and addressing queries related to financing requests.
Prepare, review, and execute legal and security documents, ensuring compliance with international standards to protect the bank’s interests.
Implement a 'one-point of contact' approach to address customer needs and resolve queries efficiently.
Ensure high-quality customer service by promptly handling all facility requirements, maintaining a professional corporate image.
