Job description

We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, support sales initiatives, and position our developments as market leaders.

The ideal candidate will have expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on leadership across digital, brand, and product marketing. If you have worked on large global clients or in the real estate/developer sector in both an agency and client-side environment then this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive marketing and communications strategies—including advertising, promotions, and public relations—to align with business objectives and enhance brand presence in local and international markets.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across development, sales, and customer management teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Define and manage marketing plans and budgets for new and existing developments based on market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Drive product positioning and brand storytelling across all channels to ensure effective market differentiation.
  • Market Research & Insights
  • Direct the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data to inform strategy, forecast trends, and provide actionable recommendations for ongoing and future projects.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Oversee the annual marketing calendar, ensuring timely and impactful product launches, content strategies, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Manage integrated campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, experiential, and events to drive brand engagement and lead generation.
  • Agency & Partner Management
  • Lead collaboration with marketing and media agencies, defining clear objectives, KPIs, and delivery timelines while maintaining quality and cost control.
  • Identify and engage with affiliates, lead-generation firms, and digital partners to optimize campaign ROI.
  • Performance & Optimization
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives, analyzing results to identify trends, optimize spend, and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and providing variance analysis with corrective recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership/managerial role.
  • Industry: Real estate development sector ideally; however, large global brands would also work.
  • Digital Proficiency: Proven experience managing digital performance media, affiliate marketing, and lead-generation partners.
  • Strategic & Creative: Ability to combine data-driven decision-making with innovative, brand-forward thinking.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and KPIs.
  • Global client experience agency-side and ideally client-side as well.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in marketing research and performance reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated success in project management, stakeholder engagement, and agency coordination.
  • Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into strategic marketing opportunities.
