We are looking for an inspiring and strategic Vice President – Learning Experience to lead the design and delivery of innovative, impactful learning strategies across one of our most prestigious contracts, serving a large, diverse, service-oriented workforce and partner community. This role is responsible for establishing a Center of Excellence for Learning & Development, shaping a future-ready workforce, and embedding a strong culture of service excellence and leadership.

You will drive enterprise-level learning initiatives, aligning development programs with organizational goals, customer experience, and long-term sustainability priorities. This is a unique opportunity to reimagine learning in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, delivering scalable, technology-enabled solutions that enhance performance and engagement.

The ideal candidate should have proven ability to lead multifunctional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and deliver innovative, high-impact projects.

This role is part of our Leadership team and will be based in Dubai.

Key Accountabilities

  • Establish and lead a Center of Excellence for Learning & Development, positioning it as the central hub for innovation, collaboration, and capability building across a complex service ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent strategies, including leadership pipelines, succession planning, and coaching cultures to grow future leaders.
  • Deliver cutting-edge, AI-enabled learning technologies to create engaging, accessible, and measurable learning experiences at scale.
  • Build strategic partnerships with leading professional bodies, business schools, and external learning providers to enhance learning outcomes and expand development opportunities.
  • Foster a strong learning culture that drives employee engagement, improves customer experience, and delivers measurable business impact.
  • Design and implement an academy model that aligns with organizational goals, delivering targeted learning aligned to guest, business, and people priorities.

Specific Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • 10–12 years of senior leadership experience in learning & development, including digital learning strategy, talent development, and leadership programs.
  • Strong expertise in designing and delivering service-oriented, customer-focused learning solutions in large, complex environments (e.g., hospitality, retail, facilities, customer service).
  • Proven ability to lead multifunctional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and deliver innovative, high-impact projects.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory training frameworks, and experience aligning L&D strategy with organizational objectives. Deep understanding of emerging L&D trends, future workplace concepts, and the use of technology to enable learning at scale.
