Job summary

Kerzner International is seeking a Vice President, Internal Audit to lead and enhance the internal audit function across its ultra-luxury hospitality portfolio, including Atlantis, One&Only, SIRO and Rare Finds brands. You will report to the Audit Committee and CEO, driving governance, risk management, controls, and cybersecurity oversight.

The role demands extensive hospitality experience, advanced certifications, and a proven record of leading global audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA or ACCA preferred.
• Extensive experience in hospitality industry and internal audit leadership.
• Knowledge of COSO, SOX, IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience with audit management software and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-year Internal Audit Strategy aligned with Group objectives.
• Lead engagements and ensure conformance with GIAs and methodologies.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and control deficiencies.
• Advise Audit Committee on governance, risk and controls.
• Provide independent assurance on governance, risk management and ethics.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting hospitality.
