Position: Vice President Human Resources

Qualifications:

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • 10 years of HR experience, including managerial or supervisory roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR operations and support activities across multiple Business Units in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering a multicultural work environment.
  • Develop HR strategies, roadmaps, and harmonize procedures and tools to optimize human resource management.
  • Establish and maintain relations with personnel to ensure satisfaction and motivation.
  • Conduct surveys and benchmarking to ensure best practices in HR procedures.
  • Review and propose changes to compensation structures; manage retirement, early departure negotiations, and transfer of contracts.
  • Review, recommend, and implement HR policies in line with corporate guidelines and local laws.
  • Synchronize HR tools and processes across all Business Units for maximum efficiency.
  • Manage HR budget, manpower forecasting, succession planning, and people review exercises.
  • Promote the company's image and maintain good external relations.

Additional Information:
