What can you expect

The Regional FINPRO team in DIFC is a multinational/multicultural team responsible for the development, placement, and servicing of FINPRO business throughout the MENA region. The team collaborates with colleagues from Marsh's regional organization, its extensive retail network, and other global FINPRO hubs to provide specialist client servicing capabilities, world-class product solutions, and access to local/regional markets.

The Senior FINPRO Broker will be responsible for advising and placing a client's risk within the (re)insurance and risk marketplace to ensure retention of existing business and support for new wins to meet growth targets. The role requires technical knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication skills to liaise with the network, present terms, and recommend solutions to clients and prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with retail teams across MENA for new business development
• Provide strategic input in sales and planning
• Collect risk information and coverage requirements

• Execute placement strategies and manage client expectations
• Coordinate risk placement with reinsurers
• Identify and develop sales opportunities to grow the FINPRO portfolio
• Focus on ReInsurance/Fac Re opportunities in the region and beyond
• Identify needs for new products and develop solutions
• Lead organizational resources to drive sales to completion
• Consult on complex client issues and develop communication solutions

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred but not essential
• 5+ years in insurance/reinsurance broking
• Technical knowledge in Financial and Professional Lines products
• Ability to analyze financial statements
• Growth mindset with a sales focus
• Strong work ethics and communication skills
• Analytical and negotiation skills
• No travel restrictions
• Fluent in English
