Job Overview
As the VP of E-Commerce, you will lead the digital commerce agenda by architecting and executing a high-growth marketplace and D2C strategy. The role covers marketplace development, pricing, digital acquisition, fulfillment excellence, ad monetization, technology integration, and seller ecosystem expansion. This position will oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable infrastructure, innovation, and competitive leadership in the online retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead GMV growth across all e-commerce and marketplace verticals through integrated strategy and execution
* Drive competitive market positioning and brand differentiation through platform innovation
* Oversee seller onboarding, management, and performance optimization to enhance assortment and service levels
* Develop and enforce operational models for scalability, fulfillment, and process automation
* Leverage in-house technology platforms and tools to enhance customer experience and backend agility
* Utilize advanced data analytics to guide business decisions, product assortment, pricing, and marketing strategies
* Build and lead a high-performing team across marketing, tech, category, operations, and seller success
* Develop and drive strategies for digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention
* Collaborate with C-suite leadership on long-term digital commerce strategy and investment planning
* Ensure strong governance, operational excellence, and financial discipline across the digital business

Job Requirements

* Minimum 15 years of experience in e-commerce leadership roles with a proven record of scaling platforms
* Deep knowledge of marketplace operations, seller ecosystems, fulfillment strategy, and revenue levers
* Strong expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, pricing strategy, and customer lifecycle management
