Roles And Responsibilities
Develop digital marketing strategy by studying real estate purchase indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
Develop a framework for Aldar Development social media presence.
Improve and maintain relations with customers via online presence and social media formats.
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Ensure marketing effectiveness by identifying short- and long-term challenges in the digital market that need to be addressed and recommend options and approaches to counteract them.
Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Manage implementation of corporate communications guidelines in digital marketing.
Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
Analyze current and future market trends and report to relevant stakeholders.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Oversee web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Manage performance reporting of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels.
Qualification And Experience
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:
Min of 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing communications and digital marketing.
YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION:
Min of 2+ years of managerial experience.
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE:
Real Estate sector.
Experience in managing digital media performance agencies.
