As the Vice President - Customer Proposition & Life Cycle Management , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Affluent and Mass-Affluent customer segments. This is your opportunity to lead innovation, drive strategic growth, and make a tangible impact on customer experience and business performance. Reporting directly to the EVP & Head of Wealth Management & Customer Segments, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, compliance, and product to deliver best-in-class propositions and lifecycle strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Lead the end-to-end development and execution of customer value propositions for Affluent and Mass-Affluent segments.
  • Drive customer lifecycle strategies including onboarding, activation, cross-sell, portfolio management, and retention.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance offerings and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor segment performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize growth and profitability.
  • Manage segment P&L and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Build strategic partnerships and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum 12 years in product management or strategic marketing, with at least 7 years in a leadership role within banking.
  • Industry Exposure : Strong background in wealth management, customer segmentation, and financial services.
