A leading company in AI-driven HR solutions seeks a seasoned business development professional in UAE. The role focuses on acquiring new clients and enhancing relationships within the region, leveraging an extensive product suite. Ideal candidates will have deep market networks and a proven track record in consultative sales and enterprise solutions.

We are now expanding our footprint in the UAE and KSA seeking a full-time professional who
can help drive new client acquisition and deepen relationships with existing clients in the
region.
Your Role
- Build a strong pipeline of new clients across industries
- Acquire new logos through strategic outreach and consultative selling.
- Represent SolveCube s core product and service lines:
1. Global Hiring Platform Access to 530M+ profiles, AI-matched shortlists, and
recruiter-on-demand support.
2. Experts On Demand 10 M+ fractional, interim, and turnkey professionals across
45+ domains and 100+ countries.
3. Employer of record : Global footprint to enable companies acquire and deploy talent
in 100+ countries without having entities.
4. People Strategy Tools - Proprietary diagnostics like ice.cube and p.three, built on
SolveCube’s HCM Pentagon Model .
5. Talent Torch AI – Mapping of skills to profiles with instant reports of talent profiles
for any role, any city and any industry globally. Enables speed of decision on
location strategy and targeted approach to acquiring matched talent.
6. AI-Optimised HR Toolkits 30+ customisable policies and templates across 15
countries (hr.ready).
- Be a market builder for long-term staffing and Employer-of-Record (EOR) services in the
UAE and broader GCC.
- Partner with SolveCube's central teams for digital marketing, client origination & delivery,
solutioning, and proposal support.
What We are Looking For
- Based in UAE, with deep networks across HR, Consulting, business transformation, talent
acquisition, or business leadership.
- Approx 15 years of relevant market experience and proven track record in building
business, client relationships and hands-on execution.
- Experience in consulting, sourcing, staffing, digital marketplaces, SaaS, or workforce
solutions is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to sell consultative solutions and close enterprise B2B deals.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with hustle and heart.
- Familiarity with blended workforce models and understanding of the future of work.
