Role / Responsibilities

  1. Meet revenue targets through channel partners.
  2. Identify, qualify, and screen potential partners aligning with regional strategy.
  3. Secure commitment from qualified partners with compelling propositions.
  4. Maintain a pipeline of prospective partners to meet recruitment targets.
  5. Drive onboarding and activation of new partners, ensuring their teams are enabled, equipped, and motivated.
  6. Engage Mastercard resources to support partnership objectives and sales opportunities.
  7. Manage channel pipeline, forecast, and track sales cycle progress.
  8. Conduct regular partner alignment sessions and analyze win/loss data to develop strategies.
  9. Develop and review joint business plans with high-performing partners.
  10. Provide market feedback to internal teams on tools and programs.
  11. Support field marketing activities and presentations.

Background / Experience

  1. 7-10 years of experience in channel partnership sales or related fields with success in recruiting and developing partners.
  2. Experience working with CXO-level partners.
  3. Strong industry network and commercial skills.
  4. Experience in joint business planning and working in complex, multinational organizations.

  1. Time to revenue from new partners.
