Job Title: Vice president-Business Development

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Full time Vice President - Business Development with a strong background in banking partnerships, escrow account setup, and digital payment solutions. The ideal candidate will bring in banks or financial institutions as clients to open escrow accounts and set up pay-in/pay-out mechanisms for high-volume business cases.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard banks, and regulated financial institutions to partner on escrow-based payment flows.

Facilitate setup of escrow accounts for clients with pay-in/pay-out flows through UPI, IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS.

Drive adoption of integrated payment gateway solutions for financial use cases.

Leverage existing network to close B2B partnerships quickly and compliantly.

Coordinate with technical, legal, and compliance teams to ensure proper documentation and onboarding.

Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key decision-makers within banks or large corporate partners.

Generate consistent transaction volumes from partner banks and their clients.


Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years in Banking, Payments, or Escrow/Trust Account Management

Proven ability to bring banks or large financial institutions as clients.

Deep understanding of NPCI products, UPI-based collections, and escrow/pay-out systems

Prior experience in working with digital escrow models and corporate banking teams

Strong understanding of banking compliance, KYC, AML, and transaction monitoring

Excellent communication, documentation, and relationship management skills


Compensation Model:

Commission-Only Role, based on actual transaction volumes handled through onboarded banks

Transparent and tiered commission model based on volume thresholds

Payouts disbursed on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis (as per agreement)


Ideal Candidates:

Senior consultants, ex-bankers, or professionals with strong connections in corporate banking or transaction banking

Freelancers/independent professionals familiar with escrow operations, digital collections, and high-value transactions
