Job Description

This role, based in Dubai, will lead and execute marketing and sponsorship strategies across MEA APAC, driving brand equity, commercial performance, and customer engagement for all Accor Live Limitless and Accor brands through data-driven campaigns, localized brand positioning, and cross-functional leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing efforts across Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific (MEA APAC), achieving regional KPIs.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand equity and performance.
  • Drive regional brand marketing, overseeing end-to-end campaign strategy and execution in collaboration with global and local teams.
  • Focus on ALL Accor Live Limitless marketing activation, sponsorship, and regional campaign strategies.
  • Promote creativity, data-driven marketing, and leadership within the team.
  • Manage and localize brand value propositions to grow awareness and bookings across diverse markets.
  • Ensure strategic leadership and successful cross-functional collaboration for marketing initiatives.
  • Support financial performance by managing budgets, supplier briefs, and expenditure records.
  • Represent the brand at key events, promoting offers, benefits, and services to stakeholders.
