We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice Marketing Managerto lead our marketing team in Dubai, drive growth, and elevate our brand positioning in the digital commerce and HR tech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s mission and cutting-edge technological focus.
Brand Development:Enhance the visibility of our digital ecosystems across global markets.
Campaign Management:Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, social media, SEO/SEM, paid media) with data-driven optimization.
Market Intelligence:Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
Team Oversight:Support and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and accountability.
Partnerships & Events:Represent the company at tech conferences, forge industry partnerships, and oversee PR and communication efforts.
Content Strategy:Oversee the development of engaging content that reflects our position at the intersection of High-Tech / Digital Commerce services and emerging technologies.
Analytics & Reporting:Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and report on ROI to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:6+ years in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position; experience in technology, Hightech, or digital commerce sectors is highly desirable.
Tech Fluency:Solid understanding of Blockchain, AI, Big Data, and Smart Contracts as they relate to marketing applications and industry trends.
