Qualifications

• 2 years related experience in same capacity

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage reservations per SOP
• Escort guests to tables and provide buffet orientation
• Assist in maximizing restaurant revenue through guest interactions and social media activity
• Support daily restaurant operations including mise-en-place and stock control
• Attend daily briefings and liaise with other departments
