Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the team.
• Schedule and manage appointments and the clinic calendar; send follow-up reminders.
• Register new clients and patients; update medical and client records.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and handle basic billing inquiries.
