The role will focus on direct and co-investments across VC and growth and will provide exposure to every aspect of the investment process. What the job involves

• Actively sourcing and originating direct and co-investment opportunities across the global venture capital strategy
• Build and maintain close relationships with VC / growth focused fund managers
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and lead the preparation of company reviews
• Use macroeconomic, technological, and sectoral trends to identify emerging opportunities in innovation hubs across the globe
• Support in the development of internal investment frameworks and research capabilities

Who we are looking for

Strong technical expertise in financial modelling, company valuation and transaction structuring

Extensive understanding of VC / growth equity dynamics, as well as portfolio construction methodologies

Understanding of specific trends across sectors such as AI, fintech and digital health

Capabilities across AI-enabled productivity tools as well as knowledge of industry platforms like Preqin
