Our client is a dynamic venture capital firm based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in early-stage tech investments (Pre-Seed to Series A) across international markets. They provide capital, strategic guidance, incubation, and portfolio support to high-growth startups. The firm offers a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and the opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director, gaining exposure to venture investing.

Job Description

1. Deal Sourcing & Analysis: Identifying promising startups, conducting market research, and evaluating investment opportunities.
2. Due Diligence: Assessing financials, business models, and competitive landscapes.
3. Investment Execution: Supporting the deal process, from term sheet negotiations to closing.
4. Portfolio Management: Working closely with founders to provide strategic and operational support.
5. Incubation Support: Assisting in the development of new ventures within the firm's incubation ecosystem.

The Successful Candidate

• 1-3 years of experience in Venture Capital
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation
• Excellent presentation skills
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently
• Passion for early-stage tech startups and the venture ecosystem
• Prior VC experience is mandatory
• Based in the UAE with full working rights
