Venture Capital Analyst

Job Description

• Deal Sourcing & Analysis: Identifying promising startups, conducting market research, and evaluating investment opportunities.
• Due Diligence: Assessing financials, business models, and competitive landscapes.
• Investment Execution: Supporting the deal process, from term sheet negotiations to closing.
• Portfolio Management: Working closely with founders to provide strategic and operational support.
• Incubation Support: Assisting in the development of new ventures within the firm's incubation ecosystem.

The Successful Applicant

• 1-3 years of experience in Venture Capital
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation.
• Strong presentation skills
• A self-starter mindset, able to take initiative and work independently.
• A deep passion for early-stage tech startups and the venture ecosystem.
• Prior experience working in VC is a must.
• Already based in the UAE with full working rights.
