Amazon GCC is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative Vendor Manager to join our Fashion business based in Dubai.

The Vendor Manager will be responsible for developing and owning the strategy for top vendor relationships across UAE and KSA. This role offers the opportunity to establish and maintain strong vendor partnerships, manage category profitability, and identify ways to improve the customer experience.

We seek a business leader with a broad skill set, including analytical skills, excellent business judgment, vendor management and negotiation skills, curiosity, and a passion for creating a world-class shopping experience. You will work with vendors of all sizes and must have leadership presence and communication skills to represent Amazon at all levels.

Required experience includes:

  1. 3 years of experience with Excel
  2. 5 years in retail operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiation and results delivery
  3. Bachelor's degree or 3 years of professional/military experience
  4. Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
  5. Managing large data sets to drive performance and process improvements
  6. Vendor negotiations, pricing, promotion, inventory management, and product development
