We are looking for a Vendor Coordinator for one of our clients with the following details:

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Evaluate vendor performance based on ADNOC Procedures and coordinate with internal departments (like purchasing, logistics, and accounting) to streamline procurement processes.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to vendor management, such as reviewing registration documents and managing vendor databases.
  • Ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations pertaining to vendor engagements.
  • Assist with any issues and concerns related to vendor registration and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular vendor file audits and assist with reports on vendor performance and other metrics for management.
  • Participate in performing routine checks and inspections to ensure the highest safety and quality standards are being maintained if required.
  • Take care of health, safety and environmental impact both personally, and for others who may be affected in the workplace. Cooperate with the Company and co-workers to help everyone meet their legal and company requirements.
  • Proactively seek out information that is relevant to job role whether internally or externally to efficiently and effectively deliver. Remain up to date with context of the Company and the role within it to provide.
  • Insight on potential opportunities and /or challenges.

Qualification and Experience Required:

  • Language Preference: English
  • GCC Work Experience: At least 4 years
  • Software Knowledge - MS Office
  • Must have experience in any EPC or EPCM projects
