• Perform repairs following Manufacturer’s repair procedures
  
• Minimize time wastage to improve productivity
  
• Utilize tools, equipment, and manuals properly and maintain them in good condition
  
• Attend training and self-study sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge
  
• Report additional repair requirements to supervisor for customer/insurance approval
  
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  
• Follow vehicle cleanliness standards to ensure customer satisfaction
