Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in the automotive industry? We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Handover Specialist to ensure a seamless and professional vehicle delivery process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate vehicle handovers, ensure quality standards are met, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure vehicles are ready for handover as per the agreed schedule.
  2. Conduct final checks on vehicles to ensure quality standards are met before delivery.
  3. Ensure all required documentation is prepared and available at the time of handover.
  4. Coordinate with relevant departments to address any issues, notifying sales staff of potential delays.
  5. Conduct vehicle handovers in line with company policies, ensuring customers understand vehicle specifications and receive all necessary documentation.
  6. Collect and record customer feedback during the handover process, reporting any issues to management.
  7. Liaise with the workshop to ensure vehicles are delivered within the agreed time.
  8. Facilitate and expedite customer deliveries to meet financial and sales volume targets.
  9. Arrange handover dates once payment is received and documents are in order.
  10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the handover office.
  11. Promote and sell accessories from the Equipment range.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or General Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  3. Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
  4. Software: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
