Responsibilities

• Adhere to company-designated workflows, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct PESTLE analysis on automotive markets in Middle East countries.
• Gather domestic and international automotive data and parts information from reliable sources as per company requirements.
• Verify collected information for completeness and accuracy before inputting it into the system.
• Identify and rectify data errors using established workflows.
• Generate insightful reports by analyzing collected information or as assigned.
• Collaborate effectively with leaders and departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Provide internal technical support to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Qualifications

Functional Skills :

• Diploma in data management, vehicle engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry, with experience in the aftermarket sector preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with Access and SQL is advantageous.
• Experience working with large datasets (2-3 years preferred).

Soft Skills :

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Additional languages like Hindi or Tagalog or Arabic is a plus.
• Proactive, hardworking, and with a persistent work ethic.
• Self-disciplined, self-starter, and with an honest approach to work.
• Strong team player with good coordination, learning ability, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Logical thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
