Job summary

BRONZE HQ DISTRIBUTION AND TRADING FZE in Dubai seeks a VAT professional to support end-to-end UAE VAT compliance. You will back the VAT In-charge, review daily VAT transactions, assist in refunds, and prepare audit-ready documentation.

The role requires 3+ years UAE VAT experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and a VAT Diploma. Strong data analysis, meticulousness, and team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on VAT experience in UAE (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Accountancy, or related field (mandatory).
• Up-to-date knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance (mandatory).
• Knowledge of GCC VAT and experience in corporate tax.
• VAT Compliance Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assist the VAT In-charge in ensuring end-to-end VAT group compliance and maintain backup VAT return workings.
• Review daily VAT transactions to enhance group compliance and assist in VAT preparations.
• Review tax recovery processes and ensure implementation where applicable.
• Assist Finance in interpreting VAT.
• Conduct VAT audits.
• Prepare and manage all VAT-related documents in line with regulations.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of tax accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Prepare UAE VAT refund applications via the FTA portal and provide reconciliation support.
• Utilize Microsoft Power BI for VAT reconciliations, data analysis, trend monitoring, and reporting.
• Identify and execute other projects as assigned.
