Job summary

N R Doshi & Partners in the UAE is seeking a VAT specialist with 2–5 years of UAE VAT experience to manage compliance, return filing and client tax documentation.

You will prepare VAT returns, registrations and amendments, perform reconciliations, support refunds and voluntary disclosures, and respond to FTA queries while maintaining accurate tax records and ensuring compliance with UAE VAT legislation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years UAE VAT experience, including return filing and FTA procedures.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT legislation and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field.
• ACCA, CA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare VAT returns and manage registrations, amendments and deregistrations.
• Perform VAT reconciliations and support health checks, refunds and voluntary disclosures.
• Handle FTA queries and maintain tax records.
