Job summary

Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you is seeking an experienced VAT Director to lead and grow its UAE VAT Advisory practice in Dubai. You will combine technical VAT expertise with senior client management, team leadership, and business development to drive growth across the GCC.

The role requires strong UAE VAT knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering high-quality advisory engagements for senior stakeholders, CFOs and Tax Heads.

Qualifications

• Several years of relevant experience in VAT and Indirect Tax Advisory.
• Strong UAE/Dubai market experience is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of UAE VAT and practical advisory experience.
• Proven senior-level client management and engagement leadership experience.
• Experience in business development and growing client relationships.
• Practice/service-line management experience preferred.
• Strong commercial, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Big 4 / leading professional services / established tax advisory experience preferred.
• CA, CTA, ACCA, CPA, ADIT, or equivalent qualification preferred.
