Masafi is seeking experienced Van Salesmen to join its Traditional Trade Sales Team across the United Arab Emirates. You will drive a 3-ton truck, visit traditional trade customers, and work toward daily and monthly targets.

You will build lasting relationships, take orders, deliver products, ensure proper displays, and monitor market trends to expand Masafi's footprint in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience in Van Sales or FMCG in Traditional Trade.
• Valid UAE driving licence for 3-ton truck.
• Knowledge of UAE market and sales routes.
• Strong communication and CRM skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.

Masafi is seeking experienced Van Salesmen to become part of its Traditional Trade Sales Team across multiple locations in the United Arab Emirates.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in FMCG van sales who are passionate about building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the company’s 3-ton sales vehicle and manage assigned sales routes.
• Visit traditional trade customers to generate sales and expand business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Take customer orders, deliver products, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and available at customer outlets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within assigned territories.
• Maintain accurate sales, delivery, and route records.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Van Sales, FMCG Sales, or Traditional Trade.
• Valid UAE driving licence suitable for operating a 3-ton truck.
• Proven experience driving and handling a 3-ton vehicle.
• Good understanding of the UAE market and local sales routes.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• FMCG distribution experience will be an added advantage.
