Job Description
Our Client, a Global Beverage Company, is currently hiring 6-8 Van Salesmen to join their dynamic team in Dubai.
Reporting Structure: Sales Manager Traditional Trade.
Purpose: to promote and sell products at customer locations.
Responsibility:
• Driving a van and selling Beverage products to market.
• Delivering purchase orders and informing existing customers of new products.
• Increasing sales by promoting products and analyzing competitor behavior.
• Signing sales contracts, taking purchase orders, and collecting payments.
• Accounting for the safe and timeous delivery of purchased products.
• Keeping sales records and ensuring proper maintenance of the company vehicle.
• Responsible for maintaining the sales route assigned including regular customer visits
• Stock and inventory management.
• Following up on delivery/loading and ensuring the customers receive product.
• Managing customer relationship including collection targets.
• Maintaining sales and delivery records, as well as meeting sales targets.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure optimal customer services.
• Preventing damage to the delivery van and the company products being transported.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the interior and the exterior of the van.
• Performing basic van maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, and gas
and oil levels.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Good knowledge of Food and Beverage market including specifically Retail stores and products.
• Minimum 3+ years in Food & beverage, experience van sales role in Dubai.
• Must have experience in F & B Restaurant, Hypermarket, Carrefour, Lulu and sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets.
