A leading FMCG firm in Dubai seeks a driven sales professional to achieve targets and develop customer relationships. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality and success in-store promotions. Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license and have FMCG experience. The ideal candidate is aged between 25-35 with an educational background in any degree or diploma.
· Achieve sales targets of all ARF brands/categories by distributing the right products and quantities to the right shop category at the right time and use of shop sell out system while controlling the wastage within the budgeted level
· Ensure to satisfy market demand by forecasting and producing accurate final orders
· Achieve distribution targets by shop category
· Ensures product quality and freshness is maintained by adhering to Date Code Policy, Correct Product Handling and Cold Chain Management practices while reporting any customer product complaints immediately to his Sales Supervisor
· Ensures effective maintenance of credit accounts by adhering to company's Credit Control Policy
· Review daily sales performance and market changes with his Sales Supervisors by actively participating in the day-end review
· Develop customer relationship through timely, adequate and courteous service and resolving customer complaints with the help of his Sale Supervisor
· Maximize product sell out by making use of available merchandising resources and by applying recommended ARF merchandising practices and standards
· Ensures successful in-store promotions are conducted in his shops by planning in advance and working closely with the merchandising team and his Sales Supervisor
· Ensures accurate stock movement by verifying receipts and delivery of stocks with the Stock Controller and shopkeepers respectively
· Projects positive company image by maintaining high standards of sales ethics and acceptance level of personal grooming and hygiene
· Ensure optimum use of company equipment (like sales van, HHT & printer, Stands) by adhering to recommended procedures and practices and reports and problems that arise from usage to the Workshop Supervisor and his Sales Supervisor
· Explores and develops new business in his route while continuously assessing sales performance of the existing customers to improve service level
· Practices safe driving by following rules of the road while ensuring adherence to all company safety practices and policies
Desired Candidate Profile
· Age - 25 - 35 years
· UAE Driving license along with Food Industry/FMCG work experience is mandatory to be considered
· (Candidates without a driving license & food industry/FMCG experience will strictly not be considered)
· Any degree/Diploma holder
