Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive the sales van to assigned routes and deliver products to customers.
2. Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and ensure optimal product availability.
3. Maintain stock levels, manage returns, and ensure proper product display at client locations.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
5. Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure the van is clean, maintained, and roadworthy.

Requirements:

1. Sales or marketing training is a plus.
2. 2+ years of van sales experience, preferably in FMCG or retail.
3. Valid driver’s license (Manual Type 3).
4. Good knowledge of local routes and market dynamics.
5. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Basic math and inventory skills.
7. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualities:

1. Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
2. Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading.
3. Reliable, punctual, and honest.
