Job summary

Arbital Health in Dubai is seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to drive value-based care platform deployments from contract signature to go-live. You will translate contract requirements into technical configurations and define data ingestion strategies across SFTP, file structures, and mapping, partnering with engineering and actuarial teams.

You will manage cross-functional workstreams across engineering, product, and science, oversee data ingestion of claims, eligibility, and CMS/ACO

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in SaaS product implementation, healthcare data analytics, or client delivery.
• Translate complex contracts and datasets into structured implementation steps.
• Familiarity with healthcare data such as claims, eligibility, and value-based care/actuarial data.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional workstreams across engineering, product, and science.
• Comfort with data pipelines, configs, SQL, Python, R, and BI tools like Sigma.
• High level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from signed contract to go-live, executing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Translate complex value-based care contract requirements into technical platform configurations.
• Define and oversee client-specific data ingestion strategies, including SFTP, file structures, and mapping.
• Partner with engineering and actuarial teams to confirm ingestion requirements and run initial tests.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with delivery, engineering, and actuarial teams to resolve escalations.
• Oversee ingestion and validation of healthcare datasets including claims, eligibility, and CMS/ACO files.
• Collaborate with engineering to define and validate data pipeline outputs and business rules.
• Act as the bridge between technical and business stakeholders, translating requirements into execution.
• Continuously refine the implementation flow by surfacing opportunities for product improvements and automation.
