Remotedxb is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to partner with Sales and Customer Success, shaping value narratives for key opportunities. You will design robust measurement approaches, translate data into insights for senior leaders, and develop ROI tools to guide product roadmaps.

The role requires 3+ years in B2C, proficiency with BI tools, and SQL/Python/R experience, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using data from multiple sources to estimate incremental impact.
• Experience with BI tools and at least one analytics language required.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing B2C environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to shape value narratives for opportunities pre-sale.
• Design measurement approaches including control vs. treatment groups and hold-out tests.
• Translate data into actionable insights and leadership storytelling.
• Develop reusable value tools, playbooks, and ROI calculators.
• Provide SME on B2C ops and financial drivers to influence roadmaps.
