Job description

MAIN PURPOSE

As part of the MEIAT (Middle East, India, Africa and Turkiye) Cartier Commercial Partnerships Team in the role of V.I.E - Business Analyst, you will be in charge of providing the partner boutiques team with actionable insight into the performance of the network and to ensure the effective use of the tools and systems required of Cartier’s partners to manage the business.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

1. Define in collaboration with Head of Commercial Partnership and Area Sales Manager:

  • Determine yearly sell-in and sell-out, 5 years budget for all markets for the External Boutiques and Watch Point of Sales.

  • Revise rolling estimates/LE on a monthly basis.

2. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Update the boutique dashboards and conduct business review with the Area Sales Managerson a monthly basis.
  • Update sell-in and sell-out reports on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare weekly estimates & comments by boutique.
  • Prepare regular reports for the partner network.
  • Analyze sell in & sell out performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor stock management performance of each boutique & propose action plans if required.

3. Commercial Support:

  • Conduct product availability checks and support Area Sales Managers with order management when needed.
  • Coordinate Wholesale or cross-functional projects as required by the brand.
  • Determine target bonus in collaboration with Area Sales Managers.

4. Booster & Model Stock:

  • Monitor and ensure sales declarations made regularly & correctly.
  • Monitor and ensure stocks are correctly reported.
  • Ensure thesystem is working smoothly and coordinate with clients and IT to address usage issues.
  • Identify and implement system improvements.

  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of French & Arabic is a plus.
  • Operational skills with “hands-on” mentality.

  • Ability work closely with colleagues in team environment.
